To qualify you must be:

• a single woman
  

• earning between $10,000-$40,000 per year
  

• living or working in the city of Chicago.(recently laid off applicants will also be considered).
  

• a clean record, both criminal and driving.
  

• fluent in English.
  

• good basic math and reading skills.
  

• able to work legally in the United States.
